I am a Web Design professional with over 10 years of experience in web development as a member of development teams as well as five years of experience in writing and editing content for a high traffic network website.
As a Multimedia Designer with the Center for Disease Control, I worked closely with web developers and subject matter experts and produced quality content that translated well to the web. In my previous position as a Web Developer with weather.com, I developed web content (HTML, CSS, Research/Strategic Development, & Wireframing), supported web developers (technical documentation, project estimates), scheduled project tasks and timelines, worked with external/internal clients for website content maintenance and development.
I have gained valuable experience prioritizing multiple projects with very tight deadlines for clients with very specific brand message needs as a freelance developer/editor and continue to use these skills in my current position as a Web Publisher for WebMD.
